Due to the nature of these products, there are no returns or exchanges.
Additionally, due to the contagious nature of the equine disease EHV-1 and in accordance with the biosecurity measure guidelines suggested by the American Association of Equine Practitioners, we are not able to accept returns on bits.
Refund Policy for Leather Collection
Jake Adams Equestrian leather products are subject to our discretion for return acceptance. All tags must be intact, and products must be unused and in their original condition. Returns must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to avoid loss or damage during transit. If a return is approved, refunds will be issued within 14 business days, less a 15% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration. If you identify a manufacturing flaw, please contact us immediately to arrange an inspection and resolution. Any claims for defects must be submitted with clear photographic evidence and detailed descriptions of the issue.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date. We reserve the right to deny returns if the spurs are found to be in unsellable condition or show evidence of misuse.
