Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is between 6-14 business days and is contingent on the delivery location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or carrier disruptions.

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: Available 

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, depending on the weight and size of the order.

International Shipping Policy

Jake Adams Equestrian ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • Jake Adams Equestrian is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    • Customs clearance may delay delivery times. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential delays and fees.

  • Shipping Restrictions:

    • Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to local import laws. If your order contains restricted items, we will notify you before processing.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Jake Adams Equestrian is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or inability to receive the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
